Based on fewer discharge of Zn-MnO2 alkaline batteries for high-rate discharge of the digital camera,in order to meet the requirement of the high power discharge performance of battery for the digital camera, the anode and cathode formula and the materials of alkaline batteries should be optimized, therely improving the high power performance of alkaline batteries. Fine zinc was applied, and the mucroporous in battery internalthe diaphragm was also applied. The testing results indicate that using the mucroporous in battery internalthe diaphragm fine zinc with anti-corrosive additives, alkaline battery large current discharge performance can be increased by more than 30%, high power discharge performance can be increased by more than 50%.
