Without compromising its other performances(such as low rate discharge performance, storage and safety) and with the consideration of the actual production running, the high-rate discharge of Zn-MnO2 alkaline battery was produced with methods such as using thinner separator, increasing the amounts of electrolyte absorbed via vacuum-absorption technique and optimizing the cathode or anode formula and so on.Through testing these batteries on high-rate discharge instrument and electric appliances subsequently,the obtained results were that the high-rate discharge performance of the batteries produced with these methods has been improved and met the demands from the customers.
