La/Fe共掺杂对TiO2 光催化剂的影响研究

摘要 采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了La/Fe共掺杂的TiO2 。通过X射线衍射、紫外—可见光漫反射测试等手段对TiO2 进行了结构和光吸收性能分析,并研究了催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解效果。结果表明,La/Fe共掺杂阻碍了锐钛矿向金红石转变,改变了TiO2 的禁带能,使得TiO2 可以吸收可见光,还使TiO2 光催化性能有所提高。

Abstract :Theaa La /Fe -doped TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. The structure and optical absorption of TiO2 were analyzed by X ray diffraction and UV vis diffuse reflectance, and the effect of catalyst on the degradation of methylene blue was studied.It is found that doping with La3+ /Fe3+ restricts the anatase phase transforming to rutile phase,changes the band gap energy of TiO2 so that TiO2 has a red shift to visible light region,and improves the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 .
