In order to effectively prevent disaster accident and improve mine disaster prevention ability of Kexing Yunquan Mining Industry Corporation Ltd.， the possible hidden disaster that may threaten the safety of the mine was analyzed and discussed， goaf water， abandoned old mine and shaft， gas， fault， poor cosed drilling hole and water flowing fractured zone were settled as the main hidden disaster and relative measures were taken， which laid the groundwork for the mine safety production in the future.
