Abstract:The probability analysis of the main faults and risk points of the belt conveyor in Shaping Coal Mine in the actual operation was carried out, and the factors such as belt deviation, slipping, material spreading and shaft breaking were summarized. In view of these factors, a monitoring sensor is installed at the corresponding fault location, and a complete control system is constructed with PLC intelligent control system. The closed control links such as acquisition, transmission, analysis, feedback and action execution of fault signals are realized, so as to avoid the operation of equipment with disease, detect faults in time, and ensure the safety of mine production.
