Abstract：Coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment plays a decisive role in ensuring production efficiency and output, so timely finding and troubleshooting become an important index to evaluate coal mine management level.Taking Duerping Mine as an example, this paper introduces the application of light sensor monitoring system.Firstly, the structure principle of optical fiber sensor is analyzed.Secondly, the hardware connection and vibration intensity of the system are analyzed.Finally, the sensitivity of the system is tested to meet the requirements of use, and the reliability of the system is analyzed by a failure example.This paper also provides necessary technical reference for similar project implementation in the future.
