In order to realize the monitoring and fault diagnosis of coal mining machine operation status, a coal mining machine status monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on DSP controller was designed. The system took DSP controller as the core, combined multi-sensor detection fusion technology, intelligent algorithm processing technology, RS485 bus communication technology, etc. Through dynamic monitoring and algorithm fusion of coal mining machine's all-round and whole life cycle, it can quickly diagnose various kinds of faults of coal mining machine online in real time and ensure the safe operation of coal mining machine.
