In order to protect the buildings under settlement of controllable range in the process of mining, high-water filling was settled in working face, based on the overlying strata movement characteristics and influence of mining and ground settlement, and the movement and deformation dynamic law of the tendency and trend were analyzed. The results showed that the dynamic monitoring of tendency and trend line, curvature and the development regularity of horizontal deformation mobile were greatly affected by fault, the building above filling face was controlled within the class I destroy range.
