In order to ensure the safe production of the mine and the life safety of the underground personnel, according to the production planning of Huangling No.1 Mine and the renovation demand of the underground ventilation system, the renovation plan of the ventilator of No.3 wind shaft of the coal mine was finally determined through technical and economic comparison, etc. The renovated ventilator can conveniently and efficiently meet the demand of the negative pressure of the initial and later air volume of the mine in the service area of No.3 wind shaft. The analysis showed that the axial flow fan with frequency conversion speed control technology can further increase the range of fan condition regulation, and better adapt to the demand for larger air volume and negative pressure regulation in the early and late stages of the mine, and the ventilator non-stop wind reversal system can eliminate the underground wind stoppage in the process of coal mine ventilator reversal, prevented the accumulation of gas underground, which was beneficial to mine ventilation safety and improve mine automation and intelligence.
