Infrared Spectroscopy Study of Cholecystolithiasis Structure

分别采用四种中红外(MIR)光谱方法(包括一维 MIR 光谱、二阶导数 MIR 光谱、四阶导数 MIR 光谱和去卷积 MIR 光谱)开展了胆囊结石的结构研究。实验发现,胆囊结石结构包括胆固醇、胆红素钙、硬脂酸钙、羟基碳酸磷灰石和碳酸钙(包括方解石和霰石)。胆囊结石的去卷积 MIR 光谱的谱图分辨能力要优于相应的一维 MIR 光谱、二阶导数 MIR 光谱和四阶导数 MIR 光谱。为研究胆囊结石的结构建立了一个新的方法学,具有重要的理论研究价值。
The cholecystolithiasis structure was characterized by the middle infrared (MIR) spectroscopy (including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy, second derivative MIR spectroscopy, fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy) . There were cholesterol structure, calcium bilirubin structure, calcium stearate structure, hydroxyl carbonatephosphatic rock and calcium carbonate (including calcite structure and aragonite structure).It was found that the spectrum quality ofdeconvolution MIR spectroscopy were better than one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy, second derivative MIR spectroscopy and fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy. This paper established a new methodology for the study of the structure of cholecystolithiasis, which had important theoretical research value.
