Abstract： As small mines continued to be closed down and withdrawn, the goaf of small coal mines was an inevitable issue in current engineering construction. This paper combined the actual situation of the goaf area site of Minjiang River step navigation and power project facing Tangba Mine, the current situation of the goaf site and the impact of subsequent mining were analyzed, and the stability of the site and the suitability level of construction were evaluated.
