Abstract：The free mode and constraint model of three drum of MU1100/2760-UWD shearer under pre-stress were analyzed. Using ANSYS Workbench 14.0 software, the damage of cutting blade in large-scale mining operation was analyzed, and the vibration mode caused by its own structural characteristics was obtained. The dynamic response of each component of shearer was studied by using MATLAB r2016a software.
