Scraper conveyor is an important transportation equipment for coal production. In order to study the change law of the acceleration of the scraper chain of the scraper conveyor and the tension of the chain, the SGZ630/220 mine scraper conveyor was taken as the research object, and the electromechanical coupling simulation study of the direct drive control system of the scraper conveyor was carried out. The results showed that the direct drive control system can achieve rapid response to sudden shocks and accurate response when the external load changes suddenly. By analyzing the electromechanical coupling characteristics of the direct drive control system, it provided a reference for studying the control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is of great significance for improving and enhancing the comprehensive performance of the control system.
