The hydrostatic bearing was widely used in the machine tool and high bearing capacity field with its high load capacity and high rotation precision. The sprocket assembly was an important component of the scraper conveyor, the requirement of the bearing was high owning to the sprocket bearing load was very large. So hydrostatic bearing was presented into the scraper conveyor sprocket assembly, and computational fluid dynamics software CFX was used to analyze bearing capacity of hydrostatic bearing in x、y direction statistically. The results showed that because of the particularity of internal feedback hydrostatic bearing structure, its bearing capacity changing with inlet pressure and eccentricity was nonlinear, which satisfying bearing requirements of sprocket assembly. The results of the study provided theoretical basis to hydrostatic bearing structure parameter optimization.
