Based on low assembly efficiency of mine scraper conveyor, a type of scraper conveyor type was taken as an analysis object. Virtual assembly platform of scraper conveyor with functions of manual operation, automatic display, routing save, joint assembly, 3D display and so on was achieved with gathering two channel column screen as hardware support, taking VisualStudio and Open SceneGraph as system platform, and using Pro / Engineer 3D software to build simulation model.
