Based on rich coal, poor oil and less gas in China, gradually declining of total energy demand growth, adjustment of energy consumption structure and decreasing proportion of coal in total energy consumption, countermeasures of coal enterprises were analyzed, development strategies of developing large enterprise groups as well as coal and electricity integration, building coal supply chain system and entering coal chemical industry were put forward to strengthen competitiveness of coal enterprises and enhance ability to resist risks.
