Based on planning system of material supply, disjunction of production and mining, unscientific inventory structure, unevenness of material management personnel, combined with the low situation of coal industry, with fine management concept, based on material management standardization, material rationing management, quality acceptance of the goods, revitalize the stock funds and building coal enterprise logistics management database system and other measures were adopted, the optimized coal enterprise materials management mode was explored, with reference for improving coal enterprise materials management.
