Research Progress of Molecular Biology Methods for Bacterial Identification

The several common molecular biology methods for bacterial identification were introduced,such as gene sequences homology analysis,PCR fingerprint analysis,molecular hybridization of nucleic acid and G+C content of DNA determination method. Principles, advantages and application fields of these methods were compared and summarized. It was pointed out that more perfect molecular biology methods would be established,and with the improvement of technology and theoretical idea, there would be more and more molecular biology methods for bacterial identification and classification system.
