According to puerarin, the contents of total flavonoids in different producing area puerarin were determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method，the contents of total flavonoids in different producing area puerarin lobata were compared.The results showed that the contens of total flavonoids in different producing area puerarin lobata were 3.27% of Yunnan,3.71% of guizhou,2.05% of Guangdong,2.67% of Guangxi,,so from more to less the content order was Guizhou,Yunnan, Guangxi,Guangdong.
