The operating process index problems of basic technology of WSA acid system used by Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical Industry Corporation Ltd. was introduced, the operation parameters and design parameters were compared,  the causes of the problems were analyzed .Through experimental analysis, the equipment corrosion status and causes of system were judged according to the change of sulfuric acid color, and the corresponding counter measures were proposed. Through comprehensive analysis,the WSA acid system had certain influences on the subsequent temperature due to design flaws of the waste heat boiler. At the same time, because the system load was lower, the heat of reaction was less,the dew point corrosion of the system was easily caused. From the running status of the overall , the overall effect was good, the parameters could be further improved after the system load was increased.
