Natural gas power, as an important part of the world's energy , with less pollution, good fuel economy, low running cost advantages, has been playing a huge role in promoting the economic development.In order to alleviate the pressure of the transport of energy supply in China and to meet the needs of the national economy fast healthy and sustainable development,development of natural gas industry has become the inevitable trend. The development prospects  of compressed natural gas were described and the basic design scheme of the compressed natural gas stations in general technique scheme ,electric power, communication control, meter ,water supply and drainage, fire control and architecture etc. were briefly introduced.
