The reasons of  the corrosion caused  by naphthenic acid in mine oil were  analyzed. The possible harms were expounded and the influences of the different corrosion inhibitors and different dosage  on the oil anticorrosive were researched the corrosion inhibitor additives were screened, the ester fire-resistant hydraulic oil was modified.Through above researches, the corrosion was effectively controlled.
