Through comparing various process routes of quinoline copper,the better synthetic route was chose. Starting from o-aminophenol, o-nitrophenol and acrolein, 8-hydroxyquinoline was synthesized via cyclization, neutralization and distillation at first ,and then 8-hydroxyquinoline was reacted with copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate in condensation reaction to give the final product quinoline copper. The synthesis method and technological process of quinoline copper were designed. The material balance and selection of production device were carried out.The domestic advanced equipments were adpoted to realize the automation, airtight, efficient, safe of equipments, and then guarantee production safety of quinoline copper, to create better social benefits and economic benefits to enterprises.
