In view of the safety and comfort requirements of the battery monorail crane driver 's cab in the coal mine underground transportation operation, this paper carried out the structural design and strength analysis of the DX120/54P battery monorail crane driver 's cab used by Kaiyuan Company of Huayang Group. Combined with the statistical data of ergonomics, the internal dimensions of the driver 's cab are designed in detail. The positions of the seat, the pedal, the operating rod and the control button are reasonably arranged. The important parts of the folding ladder, the damping device and the brake are selected and designed to ensure the safety and comfort of the driver. The three-dimensional model of the cab frame is established, and the finite element simulation is carried out. Through the stress cloud diagram, the weak links are found and optimized. The underground practical application shows that the driver 's cab has achieved ideal results in terms of safety, comfort and economy.
