Due to the asymmetry of surrounding rock structure, the support of inclined coal seam is more difficult than that of near horizontal coal seam. No. 121103 transport roadway of Tucheng Mine in Guizhou was taken as the research object, FLAC3D was used to optimize the roadway support scheme, and the displacement and stress variation characteristics in the process of roadway excavation and mining were analyzed. The results showed that when 11 bolts were constructed in each row of No.121103 transportation roadway, the row spacing between bolts was 850 × 850 mm, 5 anchor cables were constructed in each row, and the row spacing between anchor cables was 1800 × 1700 mm, the displacement and vertical stress of roof and floor and two sides of roadway were the smallest, which could ensure the stability of surrounding rock in the process of excavation and mining. It provided reference for surrounding rock control and support design of inclined coal seam group.
