Abstract：The analysis and evaluation of the disaster characteristics of the main hidden geological factors in the mine is a necessary work to ensure safe production. Taking Xiaozhuang Mine as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzed the basic characteristics of various hidden disaster-causing geological factors when mining No.4 coal seam, determined the key disaster-causing factors affecting the safe mining of the mine, and evaluated its disaster-causing risk. The results showed that the main hidden disaster-causing factors in Xiaozhuang Mine included its own goaf, fault / fracture and fold, water conduction fracture zone, poorly sealed borehole, gas, underground water-bearing body, rock burst and mine heat damage. The key geological factors were water conduction fracture zone, poorly sealed borehole and underground water-bearing body, and no other disaster-causing factors were found.
