Abstract:Coalbed methane as the main component occurs in coal and rock as a very valuable natural resource, its mining can reduce the risk of gas disasters. Coalbed methane in China reserves are huge, and the development prospect is considerable. The reasonable mining method has become a hot research topic of relevant institutions. Hydraulic fracturing technology has the advantages of low cost and wide range, but it is still a preliminary stage of development in coalbed methane mining, and simple hydraulic fracturing can not meet the actual engineering needs temporarily. This paper mainly discusses the high voltage pulse discharge on the basis of hydraulic fracturing, applying high energy pulse load and using its strong impact vibration effect to realize fracturing and increase gap, so as to improve the efficiency of coalbed methane mining. This study conforms to the overall development direction of coalbed methane mining technology, provides new ideas and references in energy supply and energy security, and has strong practical significance and application value for improving energy structure.
