Abstract：In order to further improve the application performance of scraper conveyor and meet the needs of actual production, SGD320/17B scraper conveyor is taken as an example to establish a model. The dynamic characteristics under different chain speeds, loads and terrains are simulated, and the chain speeds and tensions at different positions are simulated and analyzed. Based on SGD320/17B scraper conveyor, an experimental platform was established to study the dynamic characteristics under different chain speeds, loads and terrains, providing support for the design of scraper conveyor in the future.
