Abstract:In order to effectively reduce the consumption of liquid ammonia in the nitric acid production process of the double pressurization method, the number of oil discharges and the ammonia distillation time of the ammonia system of the nitric acid production process of the dual pressurization method were optimized to reduce the influence of liquid ammonia impurities on the platinum mesh, and at the same time, it is reasonable that the temperature of the oxidation furnace is controlled to achieve the best reactivity of the platinum mesh. The liquid ammonia filter liquid ammonia blowing line is added to prevent the venting of liquid ammonia in the liquid ammonia filter during cleaning or replacement of the filter element from affecting the working environment. A magnetic filter was added to the ammonia gas pipeline at the outlet of the ammonia vaporizer, which improves the rationality of the ammonia amount used for ammonia conversion, avoids the appearance of yellow smoke in the tail gas of the nitric acid plant, increases environmental protection benefits, and reduces the waste of liquid ammonia.
