Exploration of new understanding of Zhidan Group in a district based on conventional seismic interpretation and inversion methods

Based on the 3D seismic exploration work, a new seismic interpretation and inversion work of seismic data was carried out by data collection, data collation, and comparison of previous results using the logging constrained wave impedance inversion method. The stratigraphy of Zhidan Group in the exploration area of Yaofangteng Mine in Tarangaole mining area of Inner Mongolia was re-defined, and the stratigraphic assignment pattern of Zhidan Group was verified and revised, was more reasonable and scientific, which guided a new understanding of the regional stratigraphy.
