A large number of waste water produced in the production of plasticizers has a great impact on human and the environment, so it is necessary to study wastewater treatmentthe effective to realize its resource utilization. The treatment methods of waste water were introduced, which are chemical treatment (acid-base neutralization, Fention reagent oxidation, ozone oxidation), physical treatment (azeotropic-fractionation combination, membrane separation) and biological treatment (activated sludge, biofilm, anaerobic) , and the way of resource utilization. It is pointed out that while adopting effective methods to treat plasticizer wastewater, it reuse resource should be strengthened, so as to make an effective contribution to the development of plasticizer industry and environmental protection.
