In recent years, the focus of solving the problem has shifted from the emergency treatment of disasters to the prevention and control of accident risks. Many scholars at home and abroad have established some risk evaluation index system models with high reliability and strong practicability for the risk of natural disasters on chemical industry parks. From the perspective of flood disaster, taking no account of the secondary disasters caused by such disasters, the risk assessment index system of flood disaster in chemical industry park was established. According to the theoretical knowledge of natural disasters and the establishment principle of evaluation system, aiming at the social organization of chemical industry park, starting from the goal of risk analysis, the first and second layers and other indicators were respectively, established until the bottom indicators can be based on the corresponding data of the chemical industry park for quantitative analysis, and the bottom indicators were reasonably quantified and standardized to establish the flood risk assessment index system of chemical industry park.
