In order to solve the engineering difficulties in the comprehensive mechanized mining of the 6.5 m full hight mining technology under the complicated geological structure conditions of large burial depth, three soft and thick coal seams, the mining face and the leading sections of the two roadways were analyzed and the mathematical model of the interaction between the surrounding rock and the support the coal wall was established, rib-spalling, broken roof, key technology of instability of support, large deformation of leading section of己16-17-24030 mining face in No.11 Mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group was analyzed.Technical safety measures like design optimization grouting hole, top and bottom plate management, large advance of support, the sliding order of the moving frame and the pseudo-oblique control, with test on-site, the applicatio of the technology developed 11 000 t raw coal,2 050 000 t per month, with good social and economic benefit,which provided reference for deep mining for the middle of the mine.
