The 2JK-3 / 30A hoist of Gequan Mine is an important equipment of the hoisting system of the mine. The stability of the equipment has a significant impact on the safety of the hoisting system. The load characteristics and working principle of the 2JK-3 / 30A hoist was analyzed, the common failures of the hoist reducer, and proposes improvements to the mine hoist reducer were studied.
