A direct-start driving method was adopted in the high-strength belt conveyor of the No. 2 mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group, with a large impact on the belt, the belt joint, and the frame, which may cause accidents such as broken belts and frame damage, which seriously affected the transportation of raw coal. In view of this problem, the in-use drive frame was used to change the driving mode to eliminate the above-mentioned hidden dangers and improve the service life of the equipment.
