In order to measure the mine ventilation resistance accurately and quickly, and improve the mine ventilation system, reduce the ventilation resistance and the power consumption of the mine main ventilator, the application of the base points method with air gauge in the measurement of the mine ventilation resistance combined with the measurement example was given. The measurement results showed that the mine ventilation was easy. The resistance distribution of each roadway in the two routes of the mine was analyzed. The analysis showed that the large resistance section of the mine was mainly distributed in the return air combined roadway, the total return air roadway and the return air shaft. The reason of high resistance of the total return air roadway was discussed in detail, and some reasonable suggestions were put forward.
