针对矿井低压电网功率因数低以及存在谐波电流等问题,提出一种PWM波形的调制方法,应用到矿用低压静止无功发生器(SVG,Static Var Generators)中,通过该方法产生的电流谐波成份少,可以调节功率因数为所需的功率因数,算法简单且易实现。本文中的算法是根据需要的功率因数及电流计算出可控器件的开通、关断时间,进而控制可控器件产生需要的电流。为检测产生电流的谐波成分,加入p-q法检测电流谐波。通过Matlab对三相电路仿真,验证算法的有效性。仿真结果表明,该方法产生的电流谐波成份少,功率因数可以调节,对PWM控制策略的实现具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the problems of low power factor and harmonic current in mine low-voltage grid, a PWM waveform modulation method was proposed, which was applied to mine low-voltage static var generators (SVG, Static Var Generators). The current harmonic generated by this method was small, the power factor can be adjusted to the required power factor, and the algorithm was simple and easy to implement. The algorithm in this paper calculated the turn-on and turn-off time of the controllable device according to the required power factor and current, and then controlled the current required by the controllable device. In order to detect the harmonic components of the generated current, the p-q method was added to detect the current harmonics. The three-phase circuit was simulated by Matlab to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. The simulation results showed that the current harmonic component generated by this method was small and the power factor could be adjusted. The article had certain guiding significance for the realization of PWM control strategy.
