28206 working face of Dongqu Mine was taken as example, internal and external spray, automatic inter-rack spray, transfer point spray, self-made barrel spray, water curtain purification and coal seam water injection were adopted to reduce dust concentration and improve working environment. Beam tube monitoring, CO probe installation, chemical inhibitor spraying and mobile nitrogen injection were taken to prevent the fire. Application of field dust data and beam tube monitoring, the external and internal causes of dust production on the working face were effectively controlled, which provided a reference for comprehensive dust and fire control of the working face of coal mining under similar conditions.
