In order to improve dust-proof effect and reduce coal dust of Zijin Mine, field sampling and experimental measurement were adopted, Indexes such as original moisture, porosity, water absorption and firmness coefficient were measured, the grouting possibility was judged by the measurement.Cleaning agent 6501, osmotic agent JFC, alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether were adopted to conduct additive concentration test, comparing and analyzing the wetting effect of water without wetting agent. alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether series was settled as ?wetting agent, with added concentration 0.05%, the contact angle between coal seam and solution down to 0, which could effectively reduce dust concentration during mining.
