In order to prevent dust harm to human body, comprehensive dust prevention method was adopted in 2112 working face in Donghuantuo Mine, with pressure pump to improve dust prevention and water supply pressure, with atomization device in water curtain, automatic atomization in corner, improvement of atomization inside and outside of mining machine, directional spraying device in working face. The result shows that dust fall rate is greater than 85% in dust point downwind 10~15 m, dust fall rate greater than 75% in support dust point downwind 10~15 m, greater than 75% from air return roadway to working face 10~15 m, meeting the needs of industrial standard.
