Based on the current enterprise human resource management, especially the problem in the work of talents cultivation, through analyzing the relationship between learning organization and the enterprise human resources management, the new solution was put forward, which provided reference for promoting enterprise human resources development, personnel training and acquisition and enterprise's core competitiveness.
