Based on the special national conditions, enterprise pension had some problems in running, like slow development, low fund's investment operation level, obscure government regulatory role. By deep analysis of these problems, feasible concrete countermeasures were recommended. Through the improvement of the management and system, which tried to solve the problems in the development of enterprise annuity, made enterprise annuity system in China mature and supplementary endowment insurance to solve the people's pension problem.
