PPP/BOT在中国煤炭产业的运营前景

摘要 通过分析目前国内煤炭产业的现状，发现了中国煤炭行业市场竞争力整体较低、政府调控能力较弱、产业核心技术落后的问题。结合PPP/BOT模式的优势，包括引进外资或者民资，提高资金使用效率，引进先进的管理模式和核心技术等，从而改善中国煤炭产业目前面临的问题。

Abstract ：By analyzing the current situation of the domestic coal industry, problems that China's coal industry low market competitiveness, weak government regulation and control ability, outdated industry core technology were found. Combining with the PPP/BOT mode advantage, including the introduction of foreign or civil capital, increasing the service efficiency of funds, introducing advanced management mode and the core technology, etc. to improve China's coal industry present problem.
