In order to prevent and control mechanical and electrical accidents，through investigation and analysis of mine electrical and mechanical equipment，the lack of professional and technical personnel，management training not reaching the designated position，perfect management organization system and imperfect management，etc were found out，based on the existing situation，strengthening technical personnel training，improving management system，the implementation of the electrical and mechanical maintenance countermeasures were put forward.
