With Gequan Mine production capacity improving, the working face mining speed quickening, due to the limitation of complicated mine geological conditions, arrangement of regular large face shrinking, led to move down surface number increasing accordingly. The mine moved for 6 ~ 8 times per year on average, production capacity constrained.
