The gasoline sample was spiked and subjected to solid-phase extraction (SPE) using a sampling SPE column to separate hydrocarbon compounds from oxygen- and nitrogen-containing compounds in the oil sample. Use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) Scan mode for full scan substance qualitative confirmation, and then use Sim mode for quantitative determination to establish a detection method. The method standard curve has good linearity, with correlation (R2) above 0.996, and the detection limits for various types of oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing compounds are between 0.000 1 g/L and 0.008 g/L. The recovery rates of low, medium, and high concentration spiked gasoline for automotive use are between 64.3% and 95.9%. The relative standard deviation precision RSD of repeated testing results for automotive gasoline samples is less than 5%, and the range of test results from different experimenters is less than or equal to 0.029 5g/L. Verify the determination method of oxygen and nitrogen content in gasoline through oil sample labeling, providing a methodological basis for subsequent market sample project supervision and spot checks.
