The dry quenching technology is the core process of energy saving and emission reduction in modern coking production. However, in the daily production process, it is common to encounter problems such as abnormal desulfurization temperature(high temperature, uneven distribution, and red desulfurization). The operation factors, equipment factors and raw material factors that lead to abnormal desulfurization temperatures were systematically analyzed starting from the principle of technology. Combining with technology and practice, the system analysis of abnormal types of desulfurization temperature of dry quenching was carried out. The causes and effects are discussed, effective detection methods and coping strategies were explored, and targeted treatment measures were proposed to help enterprises better prevent and deal with the problem of abnormal desorption temperature, improve production efficiency and safety.
