In view of the problems of many auxiliary transportation links, low efficiency, prominent safety hazards and large amount of labor in the original track relay auxiliary transportation of Liulin Xingwu Coal Mine in Shanxi Province, combined with the coal seam occurrence and roadway conditions of the mine, the technical and economic comparison and selection of the two transformation schemes of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle and monorail crane are carried out, and the transformation scheme of explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is determined, and the transformation scheme is discussed. After the transformation, the reshipment process can be reduced, the transportation efficiency can be improved, the operation personnel can be reduced, the risk of running car off the track can be reduced, and the intensive, intelligent and intrinsically safe mine auxiliary transportation can be realized.
