Flotation, as the most important way of fine coal slime treatment, plays a vital role in improving the recovery rate of clean coal and slime water treatment in coal washing plant. In order to further study the optimal dosage and ratio of flotation reagents and improve the flotation effect, this paper carried out small flotation test on the flotation feed of Gequan Coal Washing Plant, and carried out scientific design and software analysis of small flotation test through Design-Expert software, and explored the optimal dosage and ratio of flotation reagents. From the point of view of small flotation test and theoretical analysis, the addition scheme of flotation reagents in production site is scientifically guided, so as to improve the recovery rate of clean coal and reduce the consumption of reagents.
