Aiming at the problem of serious deformation and failure of mining roadway in loose coal seam of Liangdu Coal Industry in the mining stage of adjacent working face, taking 229(10)01 transport crossheading support as the engineering background, the research on surrounding rock control technology is carried out by means of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. Through numerical simulation analysis, the deformation and plastic failure law of surrounding rock in roadway excavation stage and adjacent working face mining stage are explored. The grouting reinforcement technology is designed to reduce the equivalent width of roadway, increase the bearing width, and control the further deformation of coal pillar side and roof. The field industrial test results show that the load of bolt and anchor cable after grouting is reduced by more than 50% compared with that without grouting, and the deformation of surrounding rock is controlled within the allowable range of design, which effectively slows down the influence of mining on the stability of roadway in adjacent working face, and achieves better control effect of surrounding rock.
